RUPALI GANGULY

Biography : Rupali Ganguly is an Indian television and theatre actress. She became popular after her role as Dr. Simran Chopra in the STAR Plus serial Sanjivani and later as Monisha Sarabhai in Sarabhai VS Sarabhai. She was a contestant in reality shows Zara Nachke Dikha (Season 1) , Bigg Boss and Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi Level 2. She also gave voice over in animation film, Dashavatar. Presently, she is a regular anchor of Bioscope — a films-based TV show telecast on national channel of Doordarshan. She also played in a New York Life commercial with Ravi Kishen. Sumeet Raghavan disclosed that she is a Maharashtrian as well. Rupali was born in Kolkata on to a Hindu Bengali family. She is the daughter of acclaimed director Anil Ganguly, who made films like Kora Kagaz and Tapasya.
