Actress and model Khushi Mukherjee recently revealed suffering from depression. Here's what she said.
Khushi Mukherjee managed to gain attention with her bold outfit choices and often gets trolled for her sartorial choices. She has often found herself at the receiving end and it seems that the masses are not liking the way she dresses. She has reacted to the massive trolling and revealed suffering from depression.
Taking to her Instagram story on Saturday, Khushi wrote, “Feeling depressed by all the social media trolls. I know many of you might still say that if I am depressed, why am I uploading it on Instagram… must be surely for drama. Many might say Why am I explaining to people. But whatever I do, I am being judged… why????
“I don’t have any friends. I feel lonely, and that’s the reason I am uploading it here, because I am kinda breaking from within, she further added. Khushi often faced backlash for her outfits and got brutally trolled when she wore a golden halter-neck outfit with a backless cut and a thigh-high slit.
Her pictures and videos created a storm on social media. Sasural Simar Ka actress Falaq Naaz indirectly criticised Khushi and questioning why the government remains silent on such bold public appearances. She even said that the government should penalise acts like feeding stray animals. She did not name Khushi directly, but said, “Aise logon pe penalty kyun nahi hai?
Khushi is currently seen as a contestant in Munawar Faruqui's show, The Society. Khushi is a model and actress who has been facing the heat of netizens for her bold outfits. She was slammed by the paparazzi as they were targeted because of her antics. Khushi was spotted in the city, wherein she wore a butt-flashing black outfit and netizens had also demanded action against her for stepping out on the streets in such outfits.
Khushi Mukherjee is a 28-year-old actress who began her acting career with the Tamil film Anjal Thurai in 2013. She later appeared in Telugu films like Donga Prema and Heart Attack. She was even seen in Hindi film Shringaar. She rose to fame with her participation in MTV's Splitsvilla 10 and Love School 3.
She also featured in popular TV shows like Baalveer Returns as Jwala Pari and mythological drama Kahat Hanuman Jai Shree Ram. Khushi has been part of adult-themed Indian web series, including Gandu (2019), Noorie (2020), Stranger (2021), and Jungle Mein Dangal (2024). As per reports, she is an entrepreneur and content creator. She even runs her own production banner.
