Prisoners of War - Banddi Yudh Ke

Star Plus’ new series marks the debut of Nikhil Advani on TV. It is based on the Israeli series Hatufim, which sparked off the US version, Homeland. Prisoners of War is about two army men who escape captivity after being taken as POWs. It stars Sandhya Mridul, Amrita Puri, Purab Kohli, Satyadeep Mishra and Manish Chaudhari in lead roles. The show talks about an investigation officer who believes that two PoWs have turned rogue. It also talks about Army wives who live in uncertainty about the fate of their husbands. It will air on the late night slot on Star Plus.
