Varinder Ghuman, a famous Punjabi actor and professional bodybuilder, has passed away in Amritsar after suffering from a heart attack. Punjab’s beloved bodybuilder and Punjabi actor Varinder Ghuman passed away in Amritsar at the mere age of 41. He lost his life due to a heart attack. As per various media reports, Varinder went to Fortis Hospital in Amritsar for a small bicep surgery. He was expected to return from the hospital the same day. However, the guy suffered from a heart attack during the procedure itself and passed away. Varinder Ghuman won the Mr. India title in 2009, and he was India's most celebrated bodybuilder. He also engraved his name in the industry by being the first Indian bodybuilder to receive an IFBB Pro card. He also got second position in the 2009 Mr. Asia competition.

Varinder Ghuman has been a part of various films in both the Hindi and the Punjabi film industries. He was the leading actor in Kabaddi Once Again (2012). Other than that, he has made an appearance in Bollywood films like Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans (2014) and Marjaavaan (2019). Other than this, the bodybuilder has appeared in Tiger 3, which stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Emraan Hashmi in very pivotal roles. Varinder played the role of one of the Pakistani agents/bodyguards who was in Aatish Rehman’s team (played by Emraan Hashmi)

Before his tragic death, the last Instagram post made by the bodybuilder was on October 8. He mourned the passing away of Punjabi actor and singer Rajvir Jawanda. The late bodybuilder had shared the late actor’s picture on Instagram and captioned the post, “RIP Brother ? Punjab ate the Punjabi music industry nu bhut vada ghata hai, Waheguru Pariwar nu bal bakshe.” (RIP brother, this is a major loss for Punjab and the Punjabi music industry. May God bless the family with strength.
