Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been in the news. In the recent episodes, we saw that Abhira got her daughter back and she looked happy with her and Armaan. However, she soon realised that she is engaged to Anshuman and hence, decides to marry him. But, Abhira and Armaan wanted a happy family with Maira. Geetanjali was heartbroken seeing Maira accept Abhira. She went back to Mount Abu. On the court marriage day, even Anshuman realised that Abhira loves Armaan. He asks her about it and Abhira confesses that she loves Armaan. Anshuman happily lets her go to him. Abhira rushes to meet Armaan but he is in a problem.
Geetanjali had suddenly gone missing and Daadu asked Armaan to help. Armaan was already hurt as he thought Abhira and Anshuman were married. He rushed to find where Geetanjali is. Geetanjali was trying to commit suicide. However, she was just trying to pressurise Armaan to marry her. Armaan also got manipulated and married her in a temple.

Abhira was heartbroken seeing this and went back to Anshuman. However, Anshuman had a sudden heart attack and he passed away. Abhira was shattered and Armaan came there to support her. Daadu took Geetanjali away and said that Armaan would come later. However, Armaan got caught up with Abhira's emotional moment.
In the upcoming episodes of Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we will see Tanya and Krish will accuse Abhira of killing Anshuman. The police will arrest her in Anshuman's murder case. On the other hand, Geetanjali will keep calling Armaan and wait for him at home. She will also tell Daadu that she had to do all the drama as she could not lose Armaan after Maira.
