Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has grabbed attention. In the recent episodes, we saw that Abhira was happy to have Maira back and even imagined a happy family with her and Armaan. But, she realised Anshuman is her fiancé and she decided to marry him. They were about to have a court marriage, but Anshuman realised that Abhira still loves Armaan. He confronted her and she confessed that she still loves Armaan. Anshuman happily let her go and Abhira decided to meet Armaan and confess her love. But she was left shocked as we saw Armaan had to marry Geetanjali because she emotionally used him.
Abhira was heartbroken and went back to Anshuman. However, Anshuman had a sudden heart attack and he passed away. Abhira was shocked and so were the Poddars. After marrying Armaan, Daadu took Geetanjali back to Mount Abu as he understood that she had forced him. Armaan was also shocked knowing Anshuman is dead.

However, he got the biggest shock when he got to know that Abhira did not marry Anshuman. He had married Geetanjali thinking Abhira will never return to him. Tanya and Krish accuse Abhira and file a murder case against her. She is arrested for Anshuman's murder.
In the upcoming episodes of Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we will see the police will take Abhira away and Geetanjali will enter as Armaan's bride. She will then tell Armaan that now she needs to look after Maira as Abhira is gone. Armaan will slam her and warn her to stay away from Maira. Tanya and Krish will vow to seek revenge from Abhira.
