Many Bollywood actors have previously turned spies and many are said to become one for upcoming movies and web series. Here is a list of some actors who will essay lead roles in spy thriller movies.
Alia Bhatt is all set to make her Hollywood debut with spy thriller Heart of Stone. The trailer weas recently released and is sure that the Bollywood diva has an important role. She will play a spy in the movie that stars Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
Citadel is a science fiction spy thriller web series. It is a world of espionage and the Indian version stars Varun Dhawan alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Varun Dhawan will be seen playing a spy in the Amazon Prime Video series.
Ali Fazal’s next international project is Kandahar which features big stars including Gerard Butler, Travis Fimmel and Navid Negahban. Of all Ali is seen playing the role of Kahil who is against the protagonist played by Gerard Butler.

Tehran is a geo-political drama starring John Abraham and former Miss World Manushi Chillar. The movie is shot in various locations across Glasgow, Mumbai, and Delhi. The movie is based on real events focusing on the Russo-Ukrainian War.
Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen in the most awaited movie Jawan. SRK is said to play a spy in Atlee Kumar's directorial. The high octane action drama also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani. The movie is scheduled to release on 7th September 2023.
Hrithik Roshan will be next seen in Fighter directed by Siddharth Anand. The spy drama is a homage to Indian Air Force. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Sanjeeda Shaikh, and Akshay Oberoi.
Ishwak Singh plays a spy for the first time on screen in Berlin which is set in early 90s Delhi. According to the makers the spy thriller film is about a sign language expert, who gets into the “dark vortex of rivalry” between intelligence agencies, deceit, and corruption.
