Biography : Lata Saberwal is an Indian film and television actress who is best known for her role as Rajshri Maheshwari in the popular soap opera Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She has also appeared in several Bollywood films, including Vivah, Ishq Vishk, and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Saberwal was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, in 1975. She made her acting debut in the 1990s with appearances in several television shows, including Karishma Kaa Karishma, Lakeerein, and Aashirwad. She made her Bollywood debut in the 2006 film Vivah, opposite Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. Saberwal's breakthrough role came in 2009, when she was cast as Rajshri Maheshwari in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The show is one of the most popular soap operas in India, and Saberwal has been a part of it for over 10 years.
