Prior to her acting career, she worked as an account strategist at Google and was a successful model, earning titles such as the 1st runner-up in Dabur Miss Rose and Delhi Times Fresh Face. Her academic background includes a business studies degree from Saheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. Nitibha's career took a significant turn in 2016 when she left her job to participate in Bigg Boss 10, a move that further boosted her popularity.
