DEEPAK DUTTA

Biography : Deepak Dutta is a versatile Indian actor known for his work in both television and film. He made his debut in the lead role of the film 'Bhagat Singh' (2002), produced by Ramanand Sagar and directed by Anand Sagar. Despite being a feature film, it premiered as a serial on DD, reaching a wide audience. Dutta also appeared in 'Dil Kabaddi' (2008) and has worked with notable actors such as Rajpal Yadav, Irrfan Khan, and Hrishita Bhatt. In addition to his film career, Dutta has made significant contributions to Indian television. Between 2012 and 2013, he appeared in numerous popular serials. He played the role of Jai in 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' on STAR Plus and appeared in the second season of 'Qubool Hai' on ZEE TV. In 2014, he portrayed Rajiv Mehra in 'Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi' on Colors Channel. Dutta also played Pratap Saluja in 'Anamika' on Sony Entertainment TV and a father role in STAR Plus's 'Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum'. Despite being voted out from the comedy show 'Comedy Circus 1', Dutta's screen presence and ability to embody various characters have earned him recognition as a talented supporting artist in TV serials.
