GAURAV DUBEY

Biography : Gaurav Dubey, a versatile talent from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, is an Indian actor, stand-up comedian, and scriptwriter. Born to Om Prakash Dubey, Gaurav's early years were spent honing his mimicry skills in school competitions. Despite his father's wish for him to become an engineer, Gaurav was determined to pursue a career in comedy. This led him to Mumbai, where he began his journey in the entertainment industry by assisting a writer from the Indian reality TV comedy show 'Comedy Circus' through Facebook. This experience allowed him to observe other comedians closely and eventually led to his own performances as a stand-up comedian at various stage shows and events. Gaurav has appeared in popular TV comedy shows like 'Comedy Nights Live', 'Comedy Circus', 'Khatra Khatra Khatra', and 'Good Night India'. He also participated in the Sony TV comedy show 'India’s Laughter Champion' alongside actor-comedian Kettan Singh. Offstage, Gaurav is an animal lover, owning a pet rabbit named Duggu, and is deeply spiritual with a strong faith in Lord Ganesha.
