When the makers of Ghayal attempted to revise her fees. Upset by this incident, Moushami refused to be part of the project. When Sunny Deol to producer could not convince her, Dharmendra stepped in. Being protective of Sunny’s career, he felt that Moushami was crucial for the film. Dharmendra then made her realise that she would get every rupee she deserves and not a single rupee less.
After Dharmendra convinced her with his words, she said yes to the film. Later, the movie went on to become a blockbuster film. The movie grossed Rs 20 crore at the box office.
The actress is also known for her work in films like Manzil, Anuraag, Benaam, Balika Badhu, Roti Kapda Aur Makaan, Angoor, Bidhilipi, Pyaasa Sawan, Piku and Kuchhe Dhaage, to name a few.
