MADHURI DIXIT

Biography : Madhuri Dixit is an Indian film actress who is referred to as Madhuri Dixit-Nene after her marriage to Dr.Shriram Nene. Often cited as one of the best actresses in Bollywood, Madhuri made her film debut in Abodh (1984) and received wider public recognition with Tezaab (1988). She went on to establish herself as one of Hindi cinema's leading actresses, acknowledged for several of her performances, her beauty, and her accomplished dancing. Her well-known movies are Beta, Ram Lakhan, Tridev, Parinda, Saajan, Khalnayak, Hum aapke hai kaun, Dil toh pagal hai, Lajja, Pukaar, Mrityudand and Devdas. She took a break from acting and settled with her husband in the US. She returned to Bollywood with the film Aaja Nachle, followed by Dedh Ishqiya and Gulab Gang. She has also judged reality dance shows on television. She has two sons, Arin and Rayaan. She has now started an online dance academy called Dance with Madhuri.
